PLUMPKIN SPICE BLATTE
Serves One
INGWEDIENTS
1 Cup Oatmilk (or your milk of choice)
2 Shots of Espresso (or ½ cup coffee of choice)
2 TBSP of Pumpkin Puree
1.5 TBSP of Maple Syrup (or sweetener of choice)
1.5 TSP of Vanilla Extract
⅓ TBSP of Pumpkin Pie Spice
OPTIONAL: Coconut Whipped Cream (or topping of choice)
INSTWUCTIONS
Prep your Espresso or Coffee as usual.
While your beverage preps, in a saucepan, mix the Pumpkin Puree, Maple Syrup or sweetener of choice with the Vanilla Extract, Pumpkin Pie Spice, and your milk of choice. Heat the mixture on medium heat, stirring until the mixture is combined and heated all the way through. Keep an eye out that your mixture doesn’t burn!
Off the heat, you can froth the mixture with a milk frother (if you have it), in a blender, or froth rapidly in the saucepan with your whisk. Careful not to burn yourself!
Combine your Pumpkin Spice mixture with your coffee or espresso.
Top with your whipped topping of choice and an extra dash of Pumpkin Pie Spice.
