A TINY COOKING show for humans of all ages.
From his humble garden tree stump, an herbivore named The Tiny Chef creates the world’s tiniest dishes for the world’s tiniest cooking show.
There’s never a dull moment with The Chef as his spirit, charm and cleverness help him deal with the unpredictable nature of life in a tiny kitchen. More than anything, the Tiny Chef is always truly himself as he finds ingenious ways to work tiny.
The Tiny Chef believes that children should learn how to cook and is hopeful that kids watch his cooking program. In his free time The Chef enjoys playing endless games of Uno and he loves to play his tiny banjo.
THE TINY TEAM
Some folks are impressed with Rachel’s experience as an animator on films like Isle of Dogs, Coraline, or the TV show Robot Chicken… but not The Chef. The Chef loves Rachel (who he calls “Bashel”) because she understands him better than anyone. (But maybe don’t tell that to Miss Penny). Rachel wants to see The Chef accomplish all his dreams and will do anything to help him make that happen. Rachel will always deeply regret losing The Chef’s Harry Potter wand.
Adam’s experience as a writer and director only barely prepared him for life working with The Chef. He co-founded the content creation company Bodega Studios and his feature film Hello Lonesome was nominated for a Film Independent Spirit Award. Adam just released his first book, The Adventures of Barry & Joe with HarperCollins. Adam is also counted on for all his nerdy magic with technology like when the Golden Girls won’t play on Rachel’s phone. Sadly, Adam’s wife and two young boys all love The Tiny Chef more than they love him. For more about Adam and his work click here.
OZLEM “OZI” AKTURK
Ozi makes sure The Chef is seen in his very best light. Her experience on feature films such as Tim Burton’s Frankenweenie and Wes Anderson’s Isle of Dogs were absolutely meaningless to The Chef until they bonded over their shared passion for travel, skateboarding and of course, cooking. The Chef counts on Ozi to think of just the right missing ingredient every time he cooks. He also credits her eternal zen for keeping him sane.
TINY VOICE COACH
STEVEN MICHAEL MICHAELS
Steven is The Tiny Chef’s “Voice Coach”. The truth is, we hardly know this man. Since we cannot afford to pay Steven for his voice lessons we offered to promote his business here. We would have loved to wait a little longer and get to know Steven Michael Michaels but The Chef thinks he’s just a gem. We all hope he can help The Chef improve his diction, enunciation, and overall ability to say anything whatsoever clearly. In addition to being a voice coach, Steven is also an actor, animal lover, truffle hunter, writer, karate expert, magician and board game enthusiast. We’re giving him six weeks.
