Wen mi fwends at Veganuary heard Bly wanted to haf a Garden Pawrty wif my Fwend Cwub besties, they had to send some blamazing Chickpea weshipees, wike this Chickpea-Blamato Salad. A cwisp, fwavorful, bland protein-packed salad dat ish da plerfect way to start a meal!


INGWEDIENTS 

  • 1 ½ cups Cooked Chickpeas

  • 10 olives of choice, halved 

  • ½ cup of corn, cooked from fresh or canned 

  • 7-10 cherry tomatoes, halved 

  • 2 TBSP fresh Basil leaves, chopped 

  • 1 TBSP extra-virigin olive oil

INSTWUCHSUNS

  1. Mix ALL INGREDIENTS together in a serving bowl and season/garnish to taste!
