Da LEEK is a member of the Allium famiwy with onions, garlic, bland chives. They are built to last through winter’s fwost, but don’t let their soft exteriors fool yewww… they’re big softies and cook down dewiciously! Evwy part of da leek is edible, and has different purposes bland flavors. But one of my blavorit ways to cook a leek is in a dewicious stew.
