For his first “ingwedient of the month”, Chef immediately chose APPLES. When we asked why, he said that he loves the versatility of an apple - the ability to cook them in sweet and savory dishes, alike! Then, before we could even ask him what his first apple-based dish was, he started telling us all of the apple facts he had memorized, and asked us to share some of them with yewww.
